Description

Black spruce contains a good percentage of borneol and/or bornyl acetate. They act directly on the moods like a forest bath when diffused and applied topically. Borneol is very effective as a sedative and to combat fatigue and stress. Its wonderful active ingredients act as joint and muscle painkillers, for rheumatism, cramps and neuralgia. Its action is optimized by hemlock and balsam fir.
